On June 22, 2010, the Laurel Health System Board of Directors recognized and congratulated Bradford Tioga Head Start employees Jody Thomas (director), Tanya Chapel, Joyce Fleming, Lori Fessler, Nance Follis, Talia Rockwell, Beka Charles, Kim Sexauer, Phyllis Marriner, Kim Tomlinson, Tina Wolbert, Wendy Swingle, and Sandy Button. These 13 individuals were recognized for their leadership of Laurel Health System's Head Start programs, leading to excellent quality reviews by the Federal, State and Child & Adult Care Food Programs this year.
