Description:

The LPN will have an 8 hour responsibility and accountability for providing nursing care in a long-term nursing facility. Responsible for medication administration under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, performing treatments, wound care, and other nursing services as assigned. The LPN assists the Nurse Supervisor and the Physicians as appropriate. The LPN renders nursing care and assists in supervising non-professional nursing personnel.

Must be a graduate from an Accredited School of Licensed Practical Nursing, and possess a current Pennsylvania Practical Nursing license, or Registered Nursing license. One year Geriatric Nursing experience preferred, but not required. EOE
