Friends of Laurel Health was established to foster a continuing spirit of partnership with the community. The all-volunteer committee is building on this relationship to further involve the community in its programs and activities.

Every act creates a ripple with no logical end."  -- Scott Adams

FRIENDS 2012

The Friends of Laurel Health Committee has a goal of $30,000 to fund the following needed items:

  • HgbA1c Diabetes Testing Devices for the Laurel Health Centers.

  • MRI Safescan used at Soldiers + Sailors Memorial Hospital.

  • A Blanket Warmer used at Soldiers + Sailors Memorial Hospital.

  • GlideScope for use in the Emergency Department.

To reach our goal, we need your support. By becoming a Friend of Laurel Health, you are invited to an annual reception. There will be a presentation about the new equipment, and a hors d’oeurve reception for all donors.

Honorary Chairs:     Dr. Enrico Doganiero and Karen Doganiero

The Friends of Laurel Health is an association of people who share a special commitment to Laurel Health System (LHS) through an annual gift of $100 or more to the Laurel Health System Development Fund. Friends of Laurel Health believe that LHS has an important role to fulfill in making quality health care and human services accessible to all those who reside in Tioga County and surrounding communities.

Gifts given by the Friends of Laurel Health go into the LHS Development Fund and are used exclusively for capital equipment, renovation and expansion of services.
