MEETING YOUR CONCERNS
Communication between the patient and our health center team is an important element of good health care. If you have concerns about any aspect of your care or the facilities, we ask that you first discuss the problem directly with your nurse or doctor. If you are not satisfied, please contact the Health Center Administration Office at 570-723-0527.
The Laurel Health Centers are accredited by the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and continually strives to maintain the high standards set by this organization. If you remain dissatisfied, the JCAHO also accepts complaints at 1-800-994-6610 or in writing at the Office of Quality Monitoring, JCAHO, One Renaissance Blvd., Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181.
