Located in the quiet and friendly community of Dushore in Sullivan County, Sullivan Terrace has 78 apartments. Downtown banks, supermarkets, churches, a library, a pharmacy and a Post Office are all within walking distance. For your enjoyment, you can take in a Little League Baseball game or use the tennis and basketball courts located in the park next door. If you like to fish, Kast’s Pond will provide hours of entertainment. Or, you can take a leisurely stroll around Sullivan Terrace’s grounds.
Your Choice of Apartment
Four-room Sullivan Terrace apartments feature one bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Two-room efficiency apartments feature a living/sleeping area with attached kitchen and bathroom.
Apartments are unfurnished, allowing you to decorate your new home with all of your favorite things. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric range and refrigerator and plenty of closet space. Cable TV is available. There is a laundry room on the second floor complete with three washers and three dryers, or you may use the outdoor clothesline.
Special Apartments For People With Disabilities
If you have a physical disability, apartments on the first floor are designed especially for you. The bathroom in each apartment is equipped with handrails and a shower seat, and kitchen cupboards are positioned lower for easier access.
For Your Peace Of Mind
Snow will be shoveled from the walk in the winter and the grass will be mowed during the spring, summer, and fall. All apartment repairs and maintenance will be handled for you. In addition, each apartment at Sullivan Terrace has special safety devices, including an intercom system, pull cords in the bathroom and bedroom in case of an emergency, and a smoke detector. Sullivan Terrace is also equipped with main door security locks, a fire alarm system, elevator safety devices, and an emergency generator to provide light in common areas of the building in case of a power outage.
