Laurel Home Health/Hospice (LHH) provides a variety of home healthcare and hospice services. LHH is certified by Medicare and Medicaid, accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), and licensed as a home health agency by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Home Health Care
Our team of nurses, therapists, social workers, and aides are available throughout Tioga County and parts of adjacent counties to provide specialized home healthcare as ordered by your physician. Nurses are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. LHH services include care management; professional nursing; psychiatric nursing; intravenous therapy; personal care by trained home health aides; physical, occupational, and speech therapy; medical social work; and referral to additional community services when needed.

Hospice
Our Hospice program offers medical services and compassionate, supportive care to terminally ill patients and their families, generally in the patient's home. Hospice staff and volunteers are dedicated to helping patients spend their remaining days living life in comfort and with dignity, and to supporting patients' families during and after this difficult time.

Hospice Volunteer Services
Our volunteers provide many different services for patients and their families including caretaker relief, child care, cooking, household chores, minor home repairs, reading/writing letters, shopping, running errands, companionship, telephone reassurance, and transportation.

Senior Support Services
Through Senior Support Services, help and care are provided to elderly residents in Tioga, Bradford, and Sullivan Counties.
