Senior Centers
Thirteen sites throughout a three-county region provide hot, nutritious meals as well as social and educational activities in a group setting for area seniors.

Personal Care Services
Our personal care aides provide hands-on-care, prepare meals, and perform home management tasks such as doing laundry, running short errands, or going grocery shopping for clients who can't do these tasks themselves. These in-home services are also available during non-traditional working hours and may be utilized for caregiver relief.

Home Delivered Meals
Meals are available on a temporary or regular basis for seniors who are unable to prepare their own meals and who have no one to help them.

Home Support Services
These services are available on a short-term basis to help ensure that the home environment is both safe and healthy.

Waiver Services
This program provides personal care services, home delivered meals, and respite-caregiver relief to Tioga County residents who are assessed as needing a nursing home level of care but want to remain in their own home.

Adult Services
Tioga County residents between the ages of 18 and 59 who meet Title 20 criteria can receive home delivered meals and in-home care services through this program.

Special Program
Provides help with housekeeping chores, if needed, for seniors living in senior housing managed by the Tioga-Bradford Housing and Redevelopment Authority.

Volunteer Program
Our Volunteer Program offers individuals of any age the opportunity to provide a variety of volunteer services to senior citizens. Training is provided. Volunteers can help pre-pack meals, deliver meals to the homebound, serve as friendly visitors, provide telephone reassurance, drive seniors to doctors' appointments, or help at any of the LHS Senior Centers.
