Directions

From Mansfield and points east (Route 6):
At first traffic light (Grant Street), turn left; travel two blocks to next traffic light (Central Avenue). Go straight; pass the hospital’s main entrance and turn right into the parking lot.

From Tioga, Galeton and points north and/or west (Route 6):
At second traffic light (Central Avenue), turn left; travel three blocks to next traffic light (Grant Street). Turn right; pass the hospital’s main entrance and turn right into the parking lot.

From Morris and points south (Route 287):
Turn left at first traffic light (Grant Street). Pass the hospital’s main entrance and turn right into the parking lot.

From the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon (Routes 660/362):
Turn right at first traffic light (Central Avenue); travel three blocks to next traffic light (Grant Street). Turn right; pass the hospital’s main entrance and turn right into the parking lot.
