The Green Home, a 122-bed private nonprofit nursing home, provides both long-term care and short-term services for residents of Tioga County and surrounding communities. Conveniently located in downtown Wellsboro, we offer round-the-clock professional nursing services; rehabilitation services including speech, occupational, and physical therapy; medical social work and counseling services; nutrition services; podiatry services; radiology services; dentistry; and a variety of activities and recreational programs.

A team approach to healthcare encourages residents to take an active role in wellness. Our highly trained, caring staff members work with each resident and his or her family and physician to develop an individualized treatment plan. Our goal is to help our residents achieve the highest possible level of independence. Special tours of the Green Home are available weekdays or other times by arrangement.
